(Golf Club) hereby assumes all risk and releases and holds harmless Louis Alan Ltd. O/A customcarts.ca, its directors & officers, agents, employees and servants from all responsibility, liability or claims of any nature and kind which may arise from our rental and use of their tournament fleet of golf carts, including but not limited to bodily injury or death and damage to property arising from any cause whatsoever. I hereby declare that I have read and fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated herein and that is binding upon my executors, heirs and assigns.

Tournament Fleet – Golf Cart Warranty

(Golf Club) hereby acknowledges that the tournament fleet of golf carts provided by Louis Alan Ltd O/A customcarts.ca was in good working order and in no way damaged upon delivery to the golf club location. (Golf Club) warrants that any golf cart damage whatsoever and for whatever reason during the term of the rental agreement is their sole responsibility. As such, the cost of repairs will be billed directly to (Golf Club).
