Yesterday, I dropped by Custom Carts to inquire about purchasing a golf cart for my Mother. Nickey was absolutely delightful. She was knowledgeable and helpful and made the entire experience hassle-free and enjoyable! I was able to make my decision quickly and confidently and get on the road to kingston with my new cart in tow within a couple of hours! Dan was also most helpful and thorough — he explained the maintenance requirements clearly. Both Nickey and Dan even helped me rent a UHaul trailer so I could get the cart to Kingston. Dan worked through the lunch hour to get the batteries installed and the cart sparkling and loaded the cart for me so i could get on the road. They were both fabulous.

Hope all is well with you and everyone at CUSTOM CARTS I did not notice a Bragging Wall in your show room if i missed it im sorry and if you dont have one I would like to be first.I am 75 years old so you can imagine how many Cars & Boats and now a golf cart I have had serviced in my day.’However I have never been treated so wonderful as I was at your shop on April 8/2011 your staff are also the best I now have full confidence in my Cart ‘and people that know what their doing’ you may be a long way from Oshawa but what’s that saying IT’S WORTH THE DRIVE TO TRENTON

The Cart is Awesome, So Nice and Clean and So Smart looking. I Had it out for a short spin last evening and aside from allowing me to see some of my property that I hadn’t seen in a couple years, The whole mobility things is Just So Wonderful!. hey, this e-mail is for Dan and Nickey. Thanks a ton for the excellent service. I ordered a lift kit on tuesday, got it on Thursday, only because I was not home to receive it on wednesday. Installed it last night using the youtube videos from your shop. Easy installation and awesome results. I got my father in law to order a set of wheels from you guys earlier today. All in all very happy with the service and will be shopping again!
