Warranty & Shipping

ONLINE ORDERS: Please ensure all the parts for your specific Make and model you are ordering are correct prior to finalizing your online order.
Please note that shipping times may vary on location - All items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.

An email will be sent to the email address provided with the tracking information once the package has left our Trenton Ontario warehouse.
We will notify you via email if there will be any delays.


Most parts are warrantied against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to the seasonal nature of this industry, exceptions may sometimes apply - this is at the discretion of the dealer. All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's approval. All items may have to be returned to the manufacturer for approval, and a replacement product is issued after the manufacturer releases the claim. Custom Carts.ca is not responsible for any downtime during the shipping or manufacturer's approval process.

Any part which is deemed to show evidence of being used or installed, and/or been subject to improper handling, packaging, or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange or warranty consideration. 

The warranty does not extend to replacement items. The warranty does not extend to labour or installation charges.  Custom Carts.ca does not cover any shipping costs related to warranty items, these are the responsibility of the consumer. 

There is NO warranty on clear-out or clearance items.

Our return policy is 10 days from the date of receiving the product. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products,  just return the part to us in NEW, UNUSED, UNINSTALLED condition. In factory packaging, for an in-store credit. 
Before returning any product - please call  1-888-965-1837 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.  When calling please have your invoice information.  Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Returned items must be in unused, re-salable condition, and in their original packaging and have not been installed).  Any markings from installation will not be accepted.  Returns must be accepted at CustomCarts.ca within 10 days of receiving a return authorization number. 
You can return/exchange the item to your closest Custom Carts location or ship the item back to us,  once it arrives and is inspected, we will issue an in-store credit minus a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns are subject to approval  Returns must be shipped pre-paid. Any returns shipped COD will NOT be accepted. 


 Applies only within Canada, however does not include Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Shipping applies to standard shipping method only.
Customcarts.ca uses third party UPS for all shipping needs. Should any damage incur on the parcel in transit - the customer must file a damage claim with UPS (www.ups.com)  and also give us a call.

EXTENDED AREA SURCHARGE: A minimum additional charge of $11.50 may be applied to your order as based on the address entered if it is being delivered in an UPS extended area. This surcharge is applied for deliveries to an area beyond UPS extended areas, which are less accessible for pickups and deliveries.***Remote rural locations may have a greater surcharge or service unavailable. If delivery service unavailable we can look into delivery at your closest UPS pick up location. 

GOLF CARTS We do not ship/deliver golf carts through freight companies. In past we have had customers in other provinces purchase golf carts - pick up/delivery is full customer responsibility. Please contact your sales associate.
